As our visionary leader in Asia, Dr. Mario Drawing on three decades at the intersection of capital markets technology, large-scale digital transformation, AI systems engineering, and sovereign-grade cybersecurity, Dr. Domingo brings a uniquely applied perspective to CeQureX. He has led complex modernization programs across financial services, energy, media, education, and defense — including advisory work with national institutions and armed services in Southeast Asia — and has consistently focused on building resilient, interoperable systems at scale.
In CeQureX, his vision is clear: to operationalize Post-Quantum readiness through pragmatic architectures, trusted partnerships, and measurable execution. Strategically, he will focus on three priorities: accelerating production-grade PQC adoption across regulated industries; building sovereign, standards-aligned cryptographic infrastructure across Asia; and cultivating a regional ecosystem of practitioners, policymakers, and technologists committed to long-term cyber resilience.
